Peyton Pickett
Peyton is a native of Fernandina Beach, Florida and earned her Bachelor of Health Administration from the University of North Florida in December of 2021. Peyton will graduate with her Master of Health Administration in the Spring of 2024. She currently works at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville as an Administrative Assistant, as well as serves as our student representative on the board of North Florida ACHE. In her free time, Peyton enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach or pool, finding new restaurants to try out, and playing with her pup Rory.

Lela Xhindoli
Lela Xhindoli is a second-year graduate and part-time student in the Master of Health Administration program at the University of North Florida. Lela earned her Bachelor of Arts with a major concentration in sociology and biology minor at the University of North Florida in 2016. She works at Baptist MD Anderson as a claim resolution specialist and recently earned her HFMA badge as a certified revenue cycle representative. Apart from being busy as a cabinet member for HASA, Lela enjoys reading a good book at a local cafe, cheering for Bayern Munich soccer team, and hiking with family.

Makenzie Taylor
Makenzie is a second-year Master of Healthcare Administration student graduating from The University of North Florida next May. She earned her Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from The University of North Florida in 2021. After graduation, Makenzie hopes to earn an administrative fellowship and eventually be in an operational role. Makenzie is currently employed at Baptist Health and is a graduate assistant and learning coach for The Brooks College of Health at UNF. Makenzie enjoys hanging out at the beach, taking her puppy on walks, and working out. She is excited to be the Membership Chair for HASA and support our wonderful members.

Neika Saint-Hilaire
As a Jacksonville native, Neika has always been deeply connected to the community. She pursued her passion for healthcare by completing a bachelor's in health administration at UNF. Currently, she is in her second year as a MHA student, furthering her expertise in the field. Her commitment to healthcare led her to the Mayo Clinic, where she now serves as a physician liaison specializing in heart and lung transplant. Beyond her professional roles, she is excited to take on the role of Vice President of HASA this upcoming year, eager to contribute and provide support as a resource. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare.

Hyett Farah
Hyett is a native of Jacksonville. She earned her Bachelor of Health Administration from the University of North Florida in 2018. She is currently in her final year of the UNF MHA program. She currently works at Mayo Clinic Florida in a leadership role for the Departments of Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery. She is passionate about giving back to her community. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.
